I was charged for maintenance, when I was supposed to. They cracked my windshield and I have been chasing them for a days to get them to, first admit it was them, then agree to do something about it, and They cracked my windshield and I have been chasing them for a days to get them to, first admit it was them, then agree to do something about it, and now waiting for an appointment with their glass guy. On top of that, they let the air out of my tire and didn't mention they tire was leaking; so clearly they didn't check my tires, but the charge on the receipt says they did. Also, I asked for the 22,500-mile maintinece package but they charged me for a 15,000 maintenance package, which was higher in price. If I could give them a zeo, I would. This dealership is full of crooks. More
I want to begin that my experience with the service department for the last 5+ years has always been positive. Efrain is always get, the communication by email, text and on the phone is always profess department for the last 5+ years has always been positive. Efrain is always get, the communication by email, text and on the phone is always professional. With that being said, it saddens me to have had an extremely negative experience when dropping off my car the evening before my service. I went to pull into the driveway and there was a small Mercedes SUV blocking the entrance with a male in the driver's seat, I put my single light on to notify that I needed to pull into the driveway. I waited a minute and he finally looked in my direction again and I pointed out that I needed to pull in. He just got out of the car to put something in the trunk and took his time lit a cigarette, went back into his car, and just sat there. I waited again and then, I must admit by this time I was frustrated. He had looked over to me a few times throughout the time I was there and was blatantly ignoring the fact that I was there. I opened my door took a step out and stated: "are you going to move your car or what? You have seen me here with my single light to pull in". By that time another worker was speaking to him at the window. He replied very nastily that they were closed and that is the service area". How was he to know that I wanted to get into there? I responded that I driving a KIA have my single light on and this is where I was told to put the car and leave the key which you should know is the designated area and why would I be there? At this time the very nice gentleman that was speaking to him came over to my car and tried to help and offered assistance (I believe his name was Malik). The other team member that I found out his name is Brain from the parts department, continued to yell and be combative, moved his car, and began to get out of his car while still yelling at me and walking over to me. At that time I singled to my husband to get out of his car and come over. When Brain saw this he stopped in his tracks. Those actions gave me the impression he was trying to intimidate me as a woman and once he saw a man by my side he changed his mind. The other team members that were there (mechanics leaving were very nice and assisted me on where to leave the car and locate the dropbox. It is discussing that you employ a person like this, and speaking about this situation it was made clear by other team members he is a bully and an issue. I didn't know he was within the parts department and to be honest, kept concerned about who was working on my car, I asked and then informed Efrain and the others that were there of this very disappointing experience. I am still giving a 5 start since I don't feel the service department should be punished for a representative of your parts department, but overall I would have given Yonkers KIA three stars at best.
