Towed my car there because my engine blow out. Met with Kevin. He inform me that I will be very well taken care of. They didn’t have a loaner for me and I understand it was last minute. He told me to get a rental and it’s will be covered up to $40 a day till they have a car for me. I was contacted to come in on a Saturday to pick up a car and met with Elizabeth. Great personality but she informed she didn’t have a loaner car and wasn’t getting one 3 more days. We was very disappointed that we was informed to come in and then we had to wait longer. Elizabeth called the service manager and came back and told us they will pay $47 now for the inconvenience. Sounds great yet another lie. Kevin called me to update me on the car and told Yonkers kia will pay for the rental at all and I have to contact consumer Affairs at kia and they will be paying for my rental. After contacting kia I was told it’s $35 a day. So at this point We are completely done with Yonkers kia/ We now coming out of pocket more. There’s no really communication with the team and they literally sit in cubicles next to each other. Now let fast forward to my car being done. I told them I’m working the next two I will be in to get my car the 3 day witch is my day off. I work 7am to 5 pm and they also close at 5pm I inform Kevin I was bring back the loaner on my day off because they don’t do car swipe service. I get a text message morning of my day off incoming if I don’t return the car I will be charge $75 a day because my car was already done and I have yet to pick it up. I don’t need to be threaten to return a car I had no intentions of keepIng. Now picking up my car I waited over a hour because they was going to wash my car yet another lie. One of there other employees lost my keys. Now the keys are found Kevin tell the attendant to wash the car the attendant reply’s why it’s going to rain later. I informed I’m done with the waiting I just want my car to wait 15 mins more to a non washed car. I gone to Yorkers kia since 2012 never again More

the entire team in the service department is excellent but Efrain customer service is outstanding!
