The people that helped me were very nice and efficient. We're still waiting for the seatbelt replacement, which is unfortunate since we do need that. And, as for service, if I'm comparing to other places I've gotten service, the experience felt much more like a transaction where you get in and out vs a commitment to help a customer that will be with you for 3 years (since our lease is 3 years).
