Routine maintenance (basically oil change) took well over 4 hours, even though I had an appointment. They have a nice waiting area, but I didn’t care to spend all day there, so I took an Uber to Cross Count More

The price for an oils change doubled, and I had to wait awhile, and when I left, the liquids weren't filled to the top, and they didn't reset my service interval update in my car. More
