Excellent service. The service desk told me what I would be getting replaced and/or repaired. I pointed out concerns I had and they were addressed. I was offered a Lyft back to my home while my vehicle was being serviced and was offered one to return. I received my car with all issues remedied and the car was clean. Great service! More

The Yonkers service center has terrible customer service. They don’t answer the phone and they never give you any clear answers. I went to this Kia unfortunately because I work in the area and my car require They don’t answer the phone and they never give you any clear answers. I went to this Kia unfortunately because I work in the area and my car required a recall. This is the second time using the Yonkers Service Center and even though they’ve moved they were just as terrible as the first time I had to use them. Again because I work in the area it’s more convenient. Needless to say I will not be going back there for any service. More
