My expectations for this service were very high, and perhaps that’s why the disappointment is so deep. Overall, the KIA service did good work on my car, however, they never discussed with me that some perhaps that’s why the disappointment is so deep. Overall, the KIA service did good work on my car, however, they never discussed with me that somebody will be driving my car out of the city, which of course, puts extra miles on the odometer while using my gasoline and EZ-pass. I did not appreciate that. Things like this do matter and need to be discussed with the customers. Also, I was told that the repairs will take about 2-3 weeks and I got my vehicle after 6 weeks 😕. It is very unfortunate but I don’t think I’ll be using this center again. More
