They had my car for about 2 weeks because my sunroof was being replaced I returned my rental before coming because John said my car was all ready I g They had my car for about 2 weeks because my sunroof was being replaced I returned my rental before coming because John said my car was all ready I get there and in the first test all you hear is glass cracking and other noises. John standing in my face telling me I can take the car and when the repair man I come I can bring it back which I told him I will not be taking this car anywhere and they better get me a loaner car or something. John stated they don’t have a loaner car and my only options was to take the car or leave it and be without a vehicle. I immediately asked for a manager and when explaining this to the manger he was upset also. I explain to them if this is a service department and my labor cost more than the parts and they had my car for 2 weeks you mean to tell me no one checked my car before calling the customer which is ridiculous. The manager went to the back and they was working on my sunroof I sat there for about a hour or so the manager Howard told me to test I test it and it was still messed up noises and then it wouldn’t close. Howard took the car back and I sat for about another hour smh and it seem fixed and this time they actually washed it because John was giving me my vehicle back very dusty smh. Howard definitely helped but he have not called me not once to check up on things which is not good customer service at all. I’ve been going to central ave since I purchased this car and this service I received was ridiculously poor and I will not be returning back. More

I was totally scammed.
