The experience was horrible. They gave me the worst deal for leasing the car. The MSRP for the car is 38000$ but they charged 41000. They showed me MSRP and I was expecting that I am leasing the car based on MSRP but in the contract they made it 49000 and I didn’t notice that . After few days I came to know about that and they reduced to 41000 which I find still ridiculous coz the MSRP is still 38000. I paid 5000 and change for the tax and their other charges, and after a week the staff from kia called me again and said that I have to pay another 130 for registration which I thought that I paid with 5000. This is the first time I am wrong a review coz I am really upset with the way they handled the whole situation. They ripped me off. I have to go to 4 to 5 times after signing the lease agreement and wasted my time. More

Quality control should be improved for the security software upgrade. When I left the dealership, the buttons on my steering wheel did not work (no volume control, no reset trip odometer, no phone act software upgrade.
