I received an email stating that I needed maintenance for my Seltos. I had an appointment for July 13th, but when I arrived I was told that I didn't need maintenance because the mileage was so low, even thou my Seltos. I had an appointment for July 13th, but when I arrived I was told that I didn't need maintenance because the mileage was so low, even though I leased the car 6 months ago. Instead I was informed that my key fob was now available, but had to be ordered. I received a call from the Service Center stating that the key was ready. At no time was I informed that I needed to make an appointment to have the key fob programmed (I had no knowledge of the mechanics of key fobs). I stopped by on Thursday, July 27th and was given an appointment for July 29th. I was told that it would take about and hour to 1 1/2 hours to program. On July 29th, I waited 2 hours without an update on the status. When I approached the desk, I was informed that the programming code was not working, and I would have to bring the car back and leave it for a couple of days. This made 3 times that I took time out of my schedule to received service. This was very unprofessional and incompetent. More
