The actual service was fine. The check-in staff didn't tell me how long I would be waiting, then weren't the nicest to me when I was upset that an 8am appointment wasn't finished The check-in staff didn't tell me how long I would be waiting, then weren't the nicest to me when I was upset that an 8am appointment wasn't finished until 10:45. They tried to upsell me from an $89 oil change I reserved to a $179 full service, then "forgot" the $10 off coupon I gave them, and also misquoted me on the price of new windshield wiper blades. More
the person taking care of my car was not in the office at time of pick up. when I picked up my car, I was told they would walk me out and get my keys, but due to the rain they just pointed to where my car wa time of pick up. when I picked up my car, I was told they would walk me out and get my keys, but due to the rain they just pointed to where my car was parked, and all plastic wrap and paper from inspection was left inside the vehicle. I was not told that Kia does not do first oil change and tire rotation for free and I find it ridiculous that I had to pay $147 for the service not including taxes, and the inspection. I truly am not happy with this and had I known prior I would have taken my car somewhere else for its oil change. More
Phone lines should have a general questions option. Currently you have to select a person and if they aren’t available, you have to call back until you get someone. I waited a few minutes to check in while the staff chatted away like I didn’t exist. Finally after 5 minutes I asked the staff and they said “that isn’t our department”.
