The moment I walked in I was attended by this lovely gentleman( I forgot his name hopefully you can find who helped me check in) he was extremely polite and straight to the point which I loved. He told me what my car needed and told me the price range. He also offered to have a Lyft take me and my 3 year old to a local IHOP so we can pass some time. I thought this jester was extremely thoughtful since I had a little one. I did decline the offer because I came prepared with snacks for my son. He gave me an estimate of 3 hours for my car to be done and he was right on point. We went down to the lounge and it was very spacious with natural lighting. There was also a tv for entertainment. The person made sure I knew what was going on with my car the entire time and kept me updated. It was the best experience that I’ve had with Kia by far! Best customer service provided by Efrain Barcos! More
