The dealership is good, I bought my new 2022 sorento there in Nov. 2021. The only bad is that one of the service rep made my issue more complicated than what it was supposed to be because of lack of inf there in Nov. 2021. The only bad is that one of the service rep made my issue more complicated than what it was supposed to be because of lack of information. I ended up buying parts out of pocket that I didn’t need while my vehicle was still under warranty (49k mikes) I had to force my car back and forth from home to service twice with a bad fuel injector and forcing the engine because of the service rep. That is my only complaint i have, but at the end, the issue was taken care of and my vehicle is back and running. More
