Yonkers Kia - Service Center

Used to have a great customer service but this time I went was horrible. I arrived at 1030am and left at 3pm for a regular service. Maintenance of the car was done around 1230 and since that time car w went was horrible. I arrived at 1030am and left at 3pm for a regular service. Maintenance of the car was done around 1230 and since that time car was parked outside. I asked one of the attendant for how long- he said to give him 20 mins - car was waiting to be washed. After waiting till 3pm and he came back to me saying do you want to wait for the car to be wash or do you want to take it like that. That didn’t happen at all - I was discontent with the way I was treated. More

Was sold a “new” car with missing parts. Took them 2 months to help me. I called and left countless messages until I had to call cooperate. The customer service is poor. My point of contact person was very rude, he wouldn’t even listen to what I had to say.
