Arrived at facility at 8:00am - Service Advisor was Maurissa Johnson, gave her ticket for car to be serviced, went to waiting area to wait for car to be serviced, waited for hours, asked Maurissa what Maurissa Johnson, gave her ticket for car to be serviced, went to waiting area to wait for car to be serviced, waited for hours, asked Maurissa what was taking so she said she did not know, paperwork for the car was still on her desk. after waiting for 4 or more hours the car was finally service around 12:00 noon or later. I've never had this happen to me before it was a terrible experience. Please do not ever assign Maurissa to service advisor for my car. However, we did get half off the bill for having to wait soooo long. NOT SURE IF EVERYTHING WAS DONE THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE. DON'T KNOW THE NAME OF PERSON THAT WORKED ON MY CAR. Did not receive multi point inspection form "BAD EXPERIENCE" More

I had my free fix because the check engine light has been on consistently. After service which was to fix it, it remained on. I called and left messages right after the service, and several messages to get on consistently. After service which was to fix it, it remained on. I called and left messages right after the service, and several messages to get another appointment to resolve it, I was never able to speak to service again, with at least 4 messages, no one returned my calls. So check engine light is still on. and this is a safety issue. because this check engine light could lead to fires More
