Although I consider this dealership trustworthy, I find their prices are very high and the wait time extremely long. My car was done and I had to wait 40 minutes for them to wash the car. I wasn’t told and given the choice to wait or forego the wash. Price for an oil change and tire rotation of $149.99 is very high. My Honda dealer charges $69.99 for oil and $24.99 for tire rotation. I remember when there were bagels and snacks that were provided by the dealership, now it’s just coffee and tea and I got charged $69.99 for both services, so I don’t know why the prices have gone up so much while services provided have gone down. Don’t misunderstand me, I don’t need a breakfast from them I’m just observing how much less you get and how much more you pay. More

Car was finished at noon but no one told me. App showed that recall was done but car is still in service. About 40 minutes later I asked at desk and they said still shows in service. I asked him it takes over 2 hours to get paperwork? Especially when the car passed the recall inspection with no repair work having to be done on it? I told him I want to leave he said your paperwork isn't here yet and do you want to wait for it? I told him no. He said they mail it to me. It's been 2 weeks I've yet to get my papers on the results of the test More
