The work on a car doesn't start on time and no one comes out to give an update on what's going on. That's not good Customer service. May leave a Customer sitting there for hours and not provide an update as to when work will be completed, but workers walk around back and forth, seeing a customer waiting, but not saying anything helpful. Makes a Customer feel under valued, and honestly, there are a lot of great mechanics who can provide good car maintenance. People go to the Dealership cause it's easier, not cheaper. Respect and communication are key to good customer service. More

I was going to purchase a car from the Bronx Kia however, I was won over by this dealership because they sent an uber for me just for my business. They took care of it as soon as this was discovered and I've been in love with my vehicle ever since. I would say, that in the future, they need to 'fine tooth comb' inspect the vehicles before selling them and in addition, the finance department should work in tandem with the sales rep in regards of expected retail and finance costs before entering the office. When I arrived, I ended up waiting for about four and a half hours. During this time, I was informed of two recalls on my vehicle. They managed to fix the tire wobble I complained about, which, unfortunately, still persists. They didn’t have the part for my wireless charger and said they would contact me once they received it, along with the parts for the recalls. However, they didn’t have any parts for the scheduled repairs. Now it’s January 17th, and I still haven’t heard back from them about the parts that were to be replaced. Additionally, I’m experiencing other issues with the car, which is concerning for a new vehicle. As the first owner and driver, I’m disappointed not to have received any follow-up from Kia’s service department. More

Brought my car in for oil change, inspection sticker and issue with my intermittent windshield wipers stopping mid-way. When I saw the Tech Giancarlo he said the inspection machine was not working and when issue with my intermittent windshield wipers stopping mid-way. When I saw the Tech Giancarlo he said the inspection machine was not working and when I told him about the wipers he said it would be a $150 charge for them to look at it. I then told him forget about doing any services It to much of a hassle. He said you need the oil change I said I'll go to my vavoline center they can do both. Giancarlo's lack luster replies turned me off from doing any service at Kia. I was a loyal customer now I'll go somewhere else. More
