My car got towed to dealership for 2 days no one knew where the car was. We were told it was towed to wrong location. Arrived at facility at 8:00am - Service Advisor was Maurissa Johnson, gave her ticket for car to be serviced, went to waiting area to wait for car to be serviced, waited for hours, asked Maurissa what Maurissa Johnson, gave her ticket for car to be serviced, went to waiting area to wait for car to be serviced, waited for hours, asked Maurissa what was taking so she said she did not know, paperwork for the car was still on her desk. after waiting for 4 or more hours the car was finally service around 12:00 noon or later. I've never had this happen to me before it was a terrible experience. Please do not ever assign Maurissa to service advisor for my car. However, we did get half off the bill for having to wait soooo long. NOT SURE IF EVERYTHING WAS DONE THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE. DON'T KNOW THE NAME OF PERSON THAT WORKED ON MY CAR. Did not receive multi point inspection form "BAD EXPERIENCE" More
