Ticket while my vehicle was in for service 11/14/2019 My vehicle was drop off for service in November 2019 . While my vehicle was in for service it was given a ticket for No standing/ to Conner on 11/14/2 My vehicle was drop off for service in November 2019 . While my vehicle was in for service it was given a ticket for No standing/ to Conner on 11/14/2019. your service department got rid of the ticket. Then a month later I resolved the ticket in the mail with a late fee. I contacted you with this issue you told me you take care of this . Now is March 03/06/2020 and this ticket has accumulated 3 months of late fee and you are not doing anything about it . You told me I will notify the billing department with this matter guess what is not working. Someone is not doing their job and you definitely are not doing yours . This is not acceptable and very irresponsible on your part . And let’s not talk about your service department because they definitely not doing their job . This is definitely not doing more business with this Kia dealership and think I almost bought another Kia from this dealership 3 weeks ago omg. More

Should of been a warning sign. bought my 2012 Kia Soul to the dealer for a recall - undercarriage rust coating While ther I asked them to check my locks don’t open with key and to open manually. After getting recall done and paying 40.00 to diagnose issue I went to car and found my radio was completely dead. They took it back in said would take 2 hours. I went for walk and came to after an hour to find my car in the street. They never called to say anything. I went in to see what the issue was and said there was nothing they could it was a coincidence that my radio must of broken down. They said there was connection from the radio to the fuse. I said I was going to file a complaint with Kia customer service and said fine maybe they would Goodwill me a radio. How rude. Whatever they did caused this issue not a coincidence I have been posting all day on all the sites and all don’t by there story. More

Service I had my KIA towed to their sight because it was turning off and it smelled like something was burning. Jermaine took my information and quickly call I had my KIA towed to their sight because it was turning off and it smelled like something was burning. Jermaine took my information and quickly called me back to say that the cables had been chewed, most likely he said it was rodents or squirrels. He sent me a couple of pictures and told me two different fees, the first was 3,100 to change all the cables and the otjer alternative was 875 just to repair the cables. I opted For the latter because I found it to be an outrageous price, but because I needed the car I paid it. Well I picked Up the car and four hours later my car stalled on the highway. My husband checked out the engine and compared it to the pics they sent me and they do not match. I’m still waiting to hear from Edwin the service manager to return my call and my car is sitting in my driveway not being used. I’m so frustrated with them and can’t seem to get any answers. I would not recommend the Yonkers KIA at all. I wish I would of taken it to the KARP KIA where I origally leased it from. More
