Every time I come in fir service I have to keep my eyes open when I get an oil change and tire rotation I’m told everything is done then I pay and go to the car to find out the tires were never rotated nor open when I get an oil change and tire rotation I’m told everything is done then I pay and go to the car to find out the tires were never rotated nor where they checked for proper air one time the rear bulb was out and they never noticed So they really don’t check the vehicle your service isn’t worth bragging about. I have a 2012 Kia that needed some work (still under warranty)and the service dept was really good in getting it fixed. They replaced the transmission and the flex coupling and I was happy, however I di warranty)and the service dept was really good in getting it fixed. They replaced the transmission and the flex coupling and I was happy, however I did have to pay out of pocket for some things like new battery and the over heating issue plus labor. Overall good experience "THIS" time and I was given a loaner car while the tranny was being ordered and repaired.This pandemic has definitely slowed things down but Yonkers kia was up to the challenge. 4 stars More

I was extremely disappointed by the customer service I received at Kia Yonkers on my last service visit. The sales person or service manager at the front desk was not informed about my service contract an received at Kia Yonkers on my last service visit. The sales person or service manager at the front desk was not informed about my service contract and tried to charge me for service I already paid for through my Kia sale contract. He also tried to make me buy a new battery pretending it was faulty after the battery went dead on them for what ever reason, he showed me what I believe a fake computer test, I later in the day had the same battery tested run by a car shop and nothing was wrong with it. Same issue with my engine and cabine filter that I had change recently. I am extremely disappointed by the service I received at Kia Yonkers during my last visit there, they also never gave me a stickler for my next mileage service as they usually do. More
