Rawgb, Thank you for feedback. It is true that service repair shops are busy as customers are wanting to keep their vehicles in top condition. We are always open to showing you the worn out brake pads before replacing them so you can also inspect them. Our main concern is your safety; the more your brake pads are worn out, the longer it takes to stop. In regard to the coffee/tea, Please except our apologies, as we are in the transition of moving. Certainly you’re right, we should’ve had coffee available for you and we apologize.
