Almost Excellent Overall the experience was quite good. Darlyn Davis was excellent in assisting me and making me feel welcome. She is really an asset. The only glitch was that some of the employees (not Darlyn) were not wearing masks, or were but had them on their chins, which made me a bit uncomfortable (both for them and for me). More

Great Service I arrived at Yonkers Service Center 7/30 because Northstar Kia couldn't resolve my car problem and told me to come to Yonkers where they have a Kia Hy I arrived at Yonkers Service Center 7/30 because Northstar Kia couldn't resolve my car problem and told me to come to Yonkers where they have a Kia Hybrid Specialist. Everyone from all the Service Advisors to Mikhail, the Service Manager were very professional and great. Mikhail was very patient and willing to find the source of my car problem and was able to resolve it. They all won a satisfied customer. Working over 26 years as an area Manager in the Customer Service industry, they all knew how to treat their customers and truly won my respect and will now only deal with them. Thanks again! More

quick inspection I called to schedule an appointment on the same day and was told they were busy. I asked is I could leave the car and return later to pick it up. I was tld I could.and would be there around 12:30. I arrived around 12:30 and the person taking in the cars was very slow in accepting my car. Did not know why ! The service mgr. ( Jermaine ) who I usually deal with was not there and has not been there the last time I brought car in for service. Felt comfortable dealing with him because he has helped on several other problems I had in the past. The service rep . that I had today was pleasant and informed me that car would be ready with the hour.. I was contacted within the hour to pick up my car. All went well. Only thing that bothered me was that not veryone did not have masks on and me being an older adult with medical conditions worried me. More

The first a cracked spark plug resulting in a check engine light was resolved under warranty. My car was ready in 2 hrs. The most recent visit was to clean the ducts for the a/c which was leaking water into the interior. I made an appointment for 1 week out. This was a maintence issue that was reasonably priced. I waited for my car and it was ready in an hour. They also fixed a flaky gas cap door no charge. The staff on both occasions was friendly, helpful, timely and accurate with their time and price projections. The staff is sensitive to corona19, wore masks and sanitized my car. I couldn't ask for more. More
