They worked with me, listened to my concerns and requests and honored them, which built my trust that sealed the deal. Tony kept me updated during the entire process from start to finish. I always service my car @ Yonkers Kia. The staff are all wonderful, warm and very knowledgeable. I went to the service dept because I felt my car was shaking, he personally got into my car and inspected the issue Mikhail Kopilovich treated me. I went to the service dept because I felt my car was shaking, he personally got into my car and inspected the issue and guaranteed me everything was ok I was with my 91 yr old mom and we left that service area within 25 minutes and that was also because in between the great service Mikhail Kopilovich made sure that one of his wonderful staff install my rear window wiper!
