Even though I live in northern Westchester County about 45 minutes away, I have brought the 3 KIAs I've leased from Yonkers KIA back to them for most of the service to my cars and all the "milestone" servi 45 minutes away, I have brought the 3 KIAs I've leased from Yonkers KIA back to them for most of the service to my cars and all the "milestone" services. The service staff have always been friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive to my concerns. They also have great waiting areas with secure Wi-Fi access in case you need, like me, to get some work done on a weekday while you're waiting! More
I always service my car @ Yonkers Kia. The staff are all wonderful, warm and very knowledgeable. They make the waiting period enjoyable with two areas of waiting with television, coffee, tea and bagels. Yon wonderful, warm and very knowledgeable. I don't have enough words to explain how wonderful Mikhail Kopilovich treated me. I went to the service dept because I felt my car was shaking, he personally got into my car and inspected the issue Mikhail Kopilovich treated me. I went to the service dept because I felt my car was shaking, he personally got into my car and inspected the issue and guaranteed me everything was ok I was with my 91 yr old mom and we left that service area within 25 minutes and that was also because in between the great service Mikhail Kopilovich made sure that one of his wonderful staff install my rear window wiper! Now if this isn't amazing service I don't know what is.Thank you from the bottom of my heart. More

Its convenient where I live and I like the service department . The place of the waiting room is cleaned. After the car was serviced they cleaned my car and vacuumed my car. Efrain Barcos assisted me for my service visit. He was exceptionally communicative and professional- setting a great level of expectation for me. I appreciate Efrain's level of courtesy, professionalism, and pleasant demeanor - as I was a bit uncomfortable with the rep who worked adjacent to Efrain. He didn't have a pleasant look on his face which made me feel uncomfortable. His face looked like he did not want me there; or like he hated his job but either way, it had me feel uncomfortable about waiting in the service waiting area. So I waited on the other side of the dealership; used sales showroom- while waiting for service to be completed. Thanks Efrain for all your help! More
