I always service my car @ Yonkers Kia. The staff are all wonderful, warm and very knowledgeable. They make the waiting period enjoyable with two areas of waiting with television, coffee, tea and bagels. Yon wonderful, warm and very knowledgeable. I don't have enough words to explain how wonderful Mikhail Kopilovich treated me. I went to the service dept because I felt my car was shaking, he personally got into my car and inspected the issue Mikhail Kopilovich treated me.
