The actual front desk service and wait time was very good; however, a female employee there was overhead using unprofessional language (expletives) that was heard by myself in the wait area. They replaced engine which it was covered by KiaIt took They replaced engine which it was covered by Kia It took 2 weeks I was told that I was going to get a loaner and never did Then Efrain called me t They replaced engine which it was covered by Kia It took 2 weeks I was told that I was going to get a loaner and never did Then Efrain called me to let me know my car needed brakes that and I would have to pay $950 and change I gave the ok to change breaks but then that same week I went to change tires in my car at mavis and the rotors were bad and corroded and pads were damage and I had to change them again I am really disappointed in Kia I tried calling several times and all they kept saying is that they were going to call me back and it’s been a week and have not heard from anyone More
