From the first time I visited the dealership, Tony was up front and honest with me of the buying process and how it may be delayed because of the DMV not being in full operation and I truly appreciated that. They worked with me, listened to my concerns and requests and honored them, which built my trust that sealed the deal. Tony kept me updated during the entire process from start to finish. I was able to pick up my car and drive it home earlier than the original promised date. Tony reached out to me after my purchase and said I can call anytime with any questions or concerns.
