Dealership was fine for service. I just don't like 7 emails asking me to review. Talk about a nag. I still resent the car is sold without a spare and I wasn't told till after I bought the car and now emails asking me to review. Talk about a nag. I still resent the car is sold without a spare and I wasn't told till after I bought the car and now you want to charge me $370 to buy the spare donut kit. Sorry Kia but that still stings even 2 years later as I nervously drive around w/o a spare as I don't have "spare" cash to buy the "kit" since I am paying off a car loan...duh. As long as you're going to bug me (really..7 emails) to review service, I am going to use the opportunity to tell you I didn't forget about your lazy way to meet gas mileage standards by cutting the weight of the spare. And while I'm at it, whoever picked seats for waiting room obviously never sat in these grossly uncomfortable seats - so uncomfortable I'm forced to find an alternative. And I didn't need the attitude at front desk when I mentioned my unhappiness as to lack of a spare when recently inquiring about cost of kit. So people who actually service the car are fine (that's why I gave you 4 stars) but other things are lacking at Kia. More
