I am ambivalent currently. My invoice says ‘Tire Rotated’, however, they are not rotated. During my oil change the mechanic did not adjust the settings on my dash display, it reads ‘-11 days until o Rotated’, however, they are not rotated. Good experience in terms of service & courtesy. My one big negative has nothing to do with the personnel or the service provided but with the location. I have to admit I'm spoiled because I spend half th big negative has nothing to do with the personnel or the service provided but with the location. I have to admit I'm spoiled because I spend half the year in Florida where the commercial rental space is bigger & cheaper. The location of Yonkers KIA is a nightmare. It's not particularly close to me but I could deal with the drive down Central Avenue. Parking & getting out of my car for an appointment feels like taking your life in your hands - double parking is close to impossible & cars are racing by as soon as you open the door to announce your presence. I know it can't be helped but my review would have been 4 stars if it were easier & safer to drop by car off for service, 5 stars if I got a ride back to my building instead of waiting 1 ½ hours for the work to be completed. It seems to be good service. I took my car for service. They took it, they said they did the stuff that was written on the paper and they told me some other things needed to be done If I wanted to proceed. They took it, they said they did the stuff that was written on the paper and they told me some other things needed to be done If I wanted to proceed...but how can I truly know, these things were done or needed to be done? I am not allowed back in the mechanic area to see what they're up to. You leave your car with someone who gives you a number and then you wait either sit around somewhere or walk around. So the process is very easy and impersonal, but you just have to trust they are telling you the truth and not selling you more stuff to do. I liked that they cleaned my car, that was a plus. I also was concerned because I got a letter saying that my car may be affected by some class action lawsuit of some KIA and HYUNDAI cars makes. They guy behind the desk told me that my car was not affected because it was a different vin # that something something, I guess I'm ok? Anyway this review is more of a neutral experience, I didn't hate it, but I didn't love it either. More
