Smooth process. Courteous staff. Thought the dealership is a little too aggressive on minor service recommendations. I was quoted $38 to replace two brake lights. I bought them from Amazon for $4 and replaced them myself. As a courtesy to customers and for YK's long term benefit, you might think about offering something like this for free or at cost.
