Efrain was very nice and helped me with a payment plan to pay off my new brakes. He also programmed my key for free since I was already paying a lot of money. First of all I was there for Apprx. 4hours just to service my car. something that requires no more than 1hour. Efrain, was the only good thing that happened in this whole ordeal. I think I will not go there again to have my car service. my rear windshield was not intact, I had to go back to have it adjust. I can keep writing on how incompetent this group of individuals were. sorry but truth be told this was the worst time of all. More
