Worst service ever!! I came in for a maintenance and I believed that the first maintenance was covered by the warranty. Turns out my service came out to $500 and I wasn’t given the pre-Invoice until afte believed that the first maintenance was covered by the warranty. Turns out my service came out to $500 and I wasn’t given the pre-Invoice until after my car was already ready so I had no choice but to pay this. Extremely unsatisfied and never coming here again. It’s clear there is favoritism within this location. More

Well,. Let me start by saying that the experience with getting my car serviced at this dealership is convenient. But I was not happy with the final repair bill. My service experience from a technical standpoint was good - they changed the oil and did the inspection. Pickup and dropoff was within the time parameters promised, and was smooth. BUT I was disturbed by the fact that two of the three people behind the counter weren't wearing masks even though they were facing and interacting with the customers - including me. This is a pretty careless attitude toward each other and customers, and would make me think twice before coming back during the current pandemic. I just hope the crew that worked on the car was more careful about disinfecting the car than their colleagues were at the desk. More
