The service was ok. The car wash was not good.. the customer service and communication could do with some work:. Wear your xxxx masks. This is not something that should be said, yet sadly, here we are. It is incredible that so many people on the floor refused to mask up, exposing their masked co-workers and customers be said, yet sadly, here we are. Darlyn was friendly. Made me feel comfortable and was very transparent with me about the price. Told her it was out of my budget but she was able to help me get my car serviced at a more affordable price very transparent with me about the price. The ladies were helpful however my service took 4 hours while it should’ve been less than 1 hour. AND all the men in the place DID NOT WHERE MASKS. I had to wait outside in the freezing cold.
