The ladies were helpful however my service took 4 hours while it should’ve been less than 1 hour. AND all the men in the place DID NOT WHERE MASKS. I had to wait outside in the freezing cold. I requested that they put on their masks which they did, but when I say down they took them right off again, shuffling to put them back on like school children cutting the rules when I happened to turn around at one point.
