I had one incident where I didn't realize I was supposed to give my ticket to the customer rep inside the office and I sat for hours until I finally went up to the counter and found that I was supposed to give the ticket to the customer services rep. The rep was Darlyn who took care of me right away. The next time I went back to the service department they made sure to say, "Take this ticket inside and give it to Darlyn. Darlyn is on point!!
