I had one incident where I didn't realize I was supposed to give my ticket to the customer rep inside the office and I sat for hours until I finally went up to the counter and found that I was supposed to give the ticket to the customer services rep. The rep was Darlyn who took care of me right away. The next time I went back to the service department they made sure to say, "Take this ticket inside and give it to Darlyn. Darlyn is on point!! She loves her job and is kind, caring and attentive to everyone!! More
