I had an oil change and tire rotation scheduled for 12:00 PM and I ended up waiting way too long and finally finished around 3:00 PM. Welcome to another horrible service experience at Yonkers Kia on Central Avenue! Today,is March 30th and I've been waiting for a call back regarding a loaner car,so my top of the line Kia Stinger's continue Kia on Central Avenue! Today,is March 30th and I've been waiting for a call back regarding a loaner car,so my top of the line Kia Stinger's continued malfunction (Electronic Suspension Alert) can be adjusted, again. This is the 5th time,it will be temporarily fixed (this dealership dont even know,how to fix this problem,MAJOR INCONVENIENCE). I have been waiting for a loaner car since Feburary 16th and today is March 30th,2021. I also,visit this dealership on March 13th to address this issue and schedule an oil change,along with a tire rotation. Well,needless to say..they charge me for the tire rotation but...the work wasnt performed...let me explain...my tires are marked...which I advise many to do..so guess what..those same tires are in the same spot,when I left this horrible dealership. Many calls was made to their Supervisor,Mikhail..but his phone rings 3x and go to Voicemail...which..you cant leave a message due to his full voicemail messages.
