If you do not have courtesy drop off at certain times, you should mention that when I make the appointment. Service tech was distracted and added a spark plug change for no reason. When I asked your service tech Jeffrey if you offer complimentary car wash...he was indifferent and just noded instead of saying yes or no....very rude. Darlyn is the only saving grace you have...she's amazing! I won't be coming back to Kia Yonkers again. You just lost a loyal customer. More

I waited 2 and a 1/2 hours for an oil change and inspection. I was upset that I waited that long. I waited and left when it was done and there was no inspection sticker put on my car. When I left I realised there wasn't a service Sticker for my next oil change I called them and they told me they don't put that on the car anymore that it's set up in your car and mine was not reset. When I bought the call Last year I was unable to contact my sales person Julio. Left messages and he never called me back. They never explained anything to me or set up my new vehicle. When they dropped off the car to me to pick up the old lease I ask them to Take off the old wheel locks to put him on my new vehicle and they told me that they would not fit which I knew was a lie. I am very disappointed with Kia. I am so sorry I did not go to Hyundai that is where my friend suggested I go. She got her new vehicle and loves it and was explained everything.. She loves her dealership and never waits almost 3 hours for an oil change. More
