If you do not have courtesy drop off at certain times, you should mention that when I make the appointment. Service tech was distracted and added a spark plug change for no reason. When I asked your service tech Jeffrey if you offer complimentary car wash...he was indifferent and just noded instead of saying yes or no....very rude.
