My service appt was seamless. Once I'd dropped off my car-and waited for their driver to return- I was dropped off at home. The service to fix any issues has been great, but when I took my car in for maintenance in January they failed to remove the alert for Service Car Prompt from the screen. Last month I had to take my Kia Sp took my car in for maintenance in January they failed to remove the alert for Service Car Prompt from the screen. Last month I had to take my Kia Sportage in because of recall and I mentioned it and they said it would be removed, but they still didn't. It only displays when I first turn on the car, so I didn't notice it when they drove the car around to me. More

Friendly and attentive from the moment I drove in for a recall - even let me know there were actually two recalls. Fast service. As always, I received top notch customer service at Yonkers Kia from the moment I rolled up to the service department until I left!! My appointment wasn't until June 17th and when I let them know I was getting tickets because my inspection sticker had expired they allowed me to come in 6 days early & they completed the routine maintenance as well! I was having a problem with my phone connecting to Google Maps and Darlyn came out to the car to check the issue!! I also had to work while I waited and Darlyn came to where I was seated and connected me to the WiFi! I love Yonkers Kia!! More

Efrain was extremely pleasant both on the phone and upon my arrival. He informed me how long the car would be in service and to my surprise, it was ready in even less time than originally stated.
