Efrain registered me upon arrival and gave me an estimated time for the service to be completed. When I returned to the service department, I was standing outside. When the service team brought my car up to the front, he again came outside to meet me and walk me through the work that had been performed. Considering there was a constant flow of people, I really appreciated his personalized customer service. I will continue to visit this Kia Service center and recommend Efrain. More
