Yonkers Kia order a Sensor for my car, I called to check to see if it had arrived, it had. A appointment was set for me to bring my car in. Three hours later I was told that it was not the correct part and they would have to reorder the part. I also live in Queens, NY!!! More

She is great! but while i have your attention i must point out that your waiting room SUCKS!. The low-back bargain basement chairs are a very poor choice, You had a nicely padded couch and loveseat when i purchased my car there in 2011. It may seem like a minor thing but if you have back problems and must wait for your car it makes the experience less than pleasant.I give your dealership an overall rating of A- . More
