The service advisor Efrain was very pleasant and accommodating. Called a Lyft driver to drive me back to my residence so I didn't have to wait at the dealership for my car to be repaired. What should have been 1.5 hours turned into double due to their unpreparedness. Parts weren't on hand so someone had to go out and get them . Add to that an unnecessary wash I never asked for. They decided it was worth the extra 20 minutes of wait time to get this done on a rainy day. What's most upsetting is being charged 3 times the amount I was quoted the day prior for lug nuts. Yes, I should have looked at the bill carefully yet I was in a rush since it all took so long. The service rep wants to pass the blame onto another department instead of simply apologizing for the company as a whole. Everyone there reps this dealership. So WHY does any one of these individuals need to blame someone else? Just eat it up, as is done with countless other companies. More
