What should have been 1.5 hours turned into double due to their unpreparedness. Parts weren't on hand so someone had to go out and get them . Add to that an unnecessary wash I never asked for. They decided it was worth the extra 20 minutes of wait time to get this done on a rainy day. What's most upsetting is being charged 3 times the amount I was quoted the day prior for lug nuts. Yes, I should have looked at the bill carefully yet I was in a rush since it all took so long. The service rep wants to pass the blame onto another department instead of simply apologizing for the company as a whole. Everyone there reps this dealership. So WHY does any one of these individuals need to blame someone else? Just eat it up, as is done with countless other companies. More
