I had a oil change service due and was able to get an appointment for 2 days later. Even though they had a lot of work, I was able to get my car back within a reasonable time. I reluctantly post this review, because this service center is close to my house and up to now seemed perfectly okay. I brought my EV6 in for recall SC327 on 12/17/2024. They said the recall service w center is close to my house and up to now seemed perfectly okay. I brought my EV6 in for recall SC327 on 12/17/2024. They said the recall service was performed. Since then, I have received two letters from KIA saying that the recall is still open on my car. I checked the NHTSA site every other day, and it says the recall is still open. I checked the Kia owner's portal and it says the recall is still open. I left several messages through the service center's web site and they haven't even acknowledged receipt of my messages. I have read that using an OBD2 scanner will show me whether or not they updated the firmware, but I don't have one. I have no way to verify that the recall was actually performed. More
