I would not recommend Kia Yonkers. It took over one month to get my car fixed throughout that month. I had to go to the dealership on a weekly for an update on top of that. I had no choice, but to provide them with the parts needed for my car. I can’t understand how they can get away with holding someone’s car for over a month. This is unacceptable. More

Giancarlo has a great smile, and was always respectful, and kept in touch when needed to be. Also how many mechanics does it take to hear a rumbling sound from June to September? All.
