I would not recommend Kia Yonkers. It took over one month to get my car fixed throughout that month. I had to go to the dealership on a weekly for an update on top of that. I had no choice, but to provide them with the parts needed for my car. I can’t understand how they can get away with holding someone’s car for over a month. This is unacceptable. More

Giancarlo has a great smile, and was always respectful, and kept in touch when needed to be. Also how many mechanics does it take to hear a rumbling sound from June to September? All. Nelvin, our sales person, and the dealership understood what my wife and I were looking for and did not try to persuade us otherwise. They worked with us on pricing and showed flexibility and various ways to reach our goal. Nelvin was attentive and he answered all our questions and concerns about buying a hybrid. Initially, we wanted a lease but we liked the deal they gave us (including extras) so much we ended up purchasing a Sportage hybrid. The paperwork was painless and after the sale Nelvin sat in the car with us and showed us various features. If we didn’t get it or understand the first time he was patient and explained until we got it. We’re very happy! More
