DO NOT JUDGE this Kia by what you know- THEY HAVE CHANGED! I am not sure if you all know but as of mid-December, Yonkers Kia has new owners and let me start by telling you WHAT A DIFFERENCE! I WAS (keyword, w I am not sure if you all know but as of mid-December, Yonkers Kia has new owners and let me start by telling you WHAT A DIFFERENCE! I WAS (keyword, was) a very disappointed Kia customer, I leased my vehicle 3 years ago, I went back for scheduled maintenance and received horrible service numerous times in the dealership and on the phone to the point where I have been taking my car to another Kia to get the maintenance work done, as has my boyfriend, so I know it was not just me. I recently took a chance in contacting Yonkers Kia as my lease was near the end. I was nervous at first because of my bad experience with them in the past but, it was a TOTALLY different and outstanding experience. The first thing I noticed that was different was the fast response time I received from a simple email. To be honest, I was shocked. I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner who was extremely kind and understanding. Criss Castle was the main person that I was working with regarding my lease, she is extremely responsive, helpful, kind and very honest. Criss is actually the one who informed me of the new owners and explained the background of the company which was very interesting. When I went into the dealership to return my lease, Daniel Toro assisted me and he was GREAT! He explained and walked me through the process to help me better understand everything. He answered all of my questions, and he made the process go smoothly- I was not in there for more than 30-40 minutes which is a record if you ask me! Daniel is a very open, honest, kind, and very helpful person. Both Criss and Daniel made my experience at Yonkers Kia, a great one and that is why I want to share that with all of you. DO NOT JUDGE this Kia by what you know from years ago or even a few months ago because it is safe to say, they are NOT the same and have outstanding customer service. No pressure, answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable about all the models besides being a nice person. His title. "Product Specialist" was right on the money as well as being very respectable and professional. We were also treated in the same manner from John Molina, the finance director. Both professionals made it easy and stressless getting into our new car. I would highly recommend Yankers Kia because of Vincent Naplino and John Molino. Service I had my KIA towed to their sight because it was turning off and it smelled like something was burning. Jermaine took my information and quickly call I had my KIA towed to their sight because it was turning off and it smelled like something was burning. Jermaine took my information and quickly called me back to say that the cables had been chewed, most likely he said it was rodents or squirrels. He sent me a couple of pictures and told me two different fees, the first was 3,100 to change all the cables and the otjer alternative was 875 just to repair the cables. I opted For the latter because I found it to be an outrageous price, but because I needed the car I paid it. Well I picked Up the car and four hours later my car stalled on the highway. My husband checked out the engine and compared it to the pics they sent me and they do not match. I’m still waiting to hear from Edwin the service manager to return my call and my car is sitting in my driveway not being used. I’m so frustrated with them and can’t seem to get any answers. I would not recommend the Yonkers KIA at all. I wish I would of taken it to the KARP KIA where I origally leased it from. More

Never explained functions all was a rush rush I was there. She recently caught a flat in which we went through xxxx changing the tire because it needed a special lock key. Finally had it towed to kia in Yonkers of which they ofcourse removed the tire and put the spare in and billing her over a hundred dollars to do this. Nice part was they said her rim was bent and it would cost another 650.00 for it never apologizing nor explaining why she wasn't given that lock key. Yep, just like that.. we still don't have a lock key also no return calls in a week after speaking with a julius asst manager. I'd stay away from services that smile to sell and hide to help or explain. Terrible! More
