Horrible experience at Yonkers kia leasing new sorento My resent experience at Yonkers Kia was a horrible experience. Geardine aurea was the sale person that was helping make the deal. She a good sale person but green in selling cars. The manager Joel zaruela and financial officer John Molina are the crooks. They want to charge me 3600 dollars extra than what we negotiated and when I ask where they got that amount from they gave me the run around. When I was ready to walk away from the deal they finally took my first offer and the deal was made. In all we were there from 10:30 am to 8 pm which is unacceptable. I would not return to Yonkers Kia or will I recommend anybody to these crooks. More

Just leased a 2019 Optima I walked into the dealership on Thursday, February 21, 2019 looking to find a new car and new leased contract. The staff called over the specialist, Vincent Napolino to help me. Sitting down with him , I knew immediately that I was in the right place and was going to get my new car that day! Vincent was very professional, courteous, and extremely knowledegable. He answered every concern and question I had. Usually, looking for a new car is something that I hate to shop for! Vincent made this experience easy and stress free. Within an hour and a half, paper work and all, I was able to pick up my new car the next day .
