A Conversation I’ll Never Regret I had the opportunity to go on a cruise in Puerto rico with this young man and i happened to spark a conversation about vehicles and it just so happen I had the opportunity to go on a cruise in Puerto rico with this young man and i happened to spark a conversation about vehicles and it just so happens he works for kia at yonkers. I told him i was interested in purchasing my daughter a vehicle, but i wasn't quite certain on which make to go with. I was also confused on wether or not to lease or purchase the vehicle. Terry Michel told me everything i needed to lnow and im excited to say i will be purchasing a kia because of this young man. I never knew about the saftey features that kia offered. Terry educated me on the vehicle and im actually going to purchase a kia optima for my daughter. Unfortunately i cant purchase the vehicle from him because i am a resident In South Carolina, but the only reason im buying the kia is because of this young mans charisma and knowledge of kia and other car brands. Thank you Terry for making it easy for me ! And i am proud to say after this week i will be apart of the kia family. I exchanged numbers with terry and i let him know when i purchase the vehicle i will send him pictures and give him details on the deal. He is a good salesman and i would assume Yonkers Kia is where you want to make your purchases if they have people like Terry Michel working there ! Thanks Terry !! More

Unprofessionalism in Response To Consumer Questions My experience in this dealership in regards to professionalism & customer care has been overall discourteous. My first experience in Kia should have been an exceptional overall experience. The detailing on the vehicle, its standards & what it is equipped with, is very vital to a customer. My sales rep Tony did not provide me with accurate information on my Kia, nor had consideration to my concerns. My vehicle recently had a flat tire & I was left to tow my vehicle for repair. I was told after the fact that I should have been provided with a mobility kit. I was never told about the vehicle not being equipped with a spare as well. This is truly unacceptable. I also had called both Joel & Tony in regards for some details concerning finance issues, I was never given a call back to my concerns. Both Tony & Joel demonstrated unprofessionalism. If they provide you with business cards & state call me if you have any questions or problems, then proper protocol is to the consumer, especially a returning consumer. Hopefully this will not happen to future customers. Cindy Santos provided me with answers to my concerns and took care of my issues, thank you Cindy for your professionalism! More
