Lack of concern for customers First let me say this in No Way has anything to do with my Sales Representative who sold us the car yesterday Surprising I was told there were 2 manag First let me say this in No Way has anything to do with my Sales Representative who sold us the car yesterday Surprising I was told there were 2 managers at this location I never came in contact with either one of them during my 6 1/2 hour wait for the vehicle that was purchased. While waiting the ladies bathroom became unusable No one ever responded to the report our Dealer made about it We had to use the bathroom in the other building which became inconvenient and since we were there to closing I don't understand why someone didn't take care of the problem since I saw a mop and pail in the other building No coffee or tea station with some snacks or fruit for children or their patient parents Big screen TV and comfortable chairs is hardly the answer I do hope you take this as constructive criticism Nice New Showroom needs Manager contact to see if their potential customers are "Happy and Want to Come Back!!!!
