Appalled worst experience I’ve ever had buying a car, “preapproved” over phone, transferred insurance due to sales reps advice. Get there to find out there’s n worst experience I’ve ever had buying a car, “preapproved” over phone, transferred insurance due to sales reps advice. Get there to find out there’s no keys for the car, waited 4 hours with our children to have financial manager tell me that he’s never even seen the file. I was in contact for three days with the dealership And they had all the information needed, specifically asked to not waste our time due to being almost an hour away. Unfortunately our sales rep Terry decided to lie and waste more then a few days of our time. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. More
