DO NOT SHOP HERE FOR USED CARS!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased my car in Aug 2019 and as of Nov 2019 I have still not received hard tags. The in-transit paper plates have since expired and I received one ticket already. No one can provide any answers as to what the delay is or what is going on exactly. Which leads me to believe the ball was just dropped somehow. Everyone in the dealership seems to be on laugh and joke time so I can completely understand how this happened. I should have known this would have been a bad experience from the day I purchased the car. I arrived at the dealership at 9:30 am to one of the first customers assuming it would not take as long as normal but to my surprise it took longer. I did not leave the dealership until 3:30pm and even then I was leaving without things being complete. My car was never detailed and I was not given the proper paper plates to leave. (Can you imagine who leaves the dealership with a DIRTY CAR!!!) I would not recommend this place to anyone if you are looking to purchase a used car please steer very clear of here. More
