I am usually satisfied, however, not this time. I requested a tire rotation and the very next morning my tire icon went on. I believe it's our second or third time at the Yonkers Kia Service Center and have to say it is consistently an exceptional experience in comparison to other Kia Service Centers we have visited. The initial process of the sale took absolutely to long! The Ev vehicle I purchased came dirty from where it was stored ,so I had to wait for it to be detailed. Honestly, I would rather be sitting in a dentist's chair than dealing with a car salesman. The whole process usually makes me very uncomfortable. Our salesman actually accepted a deposit over the phone and held the vehicle for me to see it at a convenient time. He had the car ready for me when I arrived. The Sales Manager, Mike Romano, offered the vehicle at the right price and made me very comfortable with my decision to travel a distance to lease the car at Yonkers Kia. I leased the car I wanted at the price I was looking to pay. I am a very happy camper and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a pressure free car buying or leasing experience with down to earth prices and attitude. It definitely was worth the trip for me. More
