Spent waiting 3 hours for an oils change.2 visits before Spent waiting 3 hours for an oils change. 2 visits before changed break pads, I told them my steering wheel would shake when breaking from high speed Spent waiting 3 hours for an oils change. 2 visits before changed break pads, I told them my steering wheel would shake when breaking from high speeds, told me it was the new break pads, I come again for oil change & they tell me again it’s just new break pads now on 3rd time telling them about it suddenly they find a problem with the rotors even though I had mentioned to them before. How do you change the break pads & check the wheels but don’t see possible problem with rotors, even after I mentioned to them the 2 times prior they didn’t even check. Lack of care & bad work ethic.
