The valet and the check-in/counter person are excellent. Neither were welcoming or comfortable. The sales office was filled with people (including KIA employees) on the phone constantly, talking loudly, some even on speakerphone. And it should not take almost 2 hours for just a NYS inspection, especially since I had an appointment and was on time. More

Yonkers Kia went above and beyond to help when my family and I were dealing with a tough situation. Our car was not drivable 1000 + miles from our return drive on a family vacation. Every person we spoke to was accommodating and sympathetic. I live in Florida but if I were local to NY Yonkers Kia would get my future business.
