Their sales rep Tierrea Saunders was such a pleasure to deal with. She is extremely knowledgeable and informative. She goes out of her way for her customers from beginning to the end. We were in a bad situation with the car we had at the present time. She was able to get us out of the nightmare we were in. She worked hard with us so we could get a new vehicle. She not only listened to our concerns, she never once got frustrated with all of our questions we had. She was able to get us into a new vehicle with way better features at a way better rate. Definitely if you are looking for a car GO SEE HER!! More

I especially want to recognize Matt & Tierrea for their transparency and expertise with helping me find the right vehicle. I was upfront about trying to match my payments to my existing lease, and we explored a ton of options until we found the one that worked best for me and my family. They were extremely patient, informative and not once did I feel like I was being sold to. I plan on recommending all my friends and family to this dealership moving forward and Kia has earned a loyal customer. More
Tina was awesome to deal with and made buying a car a pleasure!!! Let me start by saying I hate the car buying process. I am the type of person who does their research before even going to a dealer. By pleasure!!! Let me start by saying I hate the car buying process. I am the type of person who does their research before even going to a dealer. By the time we decided on the vehicle I knew everything I need to know about the car and pricing. We decided on the purchase of a Kia Carnival. We had test drove one at a local dealer but they did not have the color and trim level we wanted. I searched on line and there were 7 with in 150 miles of my home. The first dealer I called was the closest. I talked over the phone with a salesperson for almost 30 mins before he revealed though the web site said they had the car I wanted it was actually sold and had planned to let me know this when I came in to buy the car. What a bum. The second deal did almost the same thing but reveled this much earlier in the conversation. The third dealer had the car but refused to take a deposit and wanted me to drive almost 2 hours on a gamble the car would be there. And then I reached out to Yonkers Kia and got Tina. What an Angel. I told her what car I was looking for and asked was it still available. It was. I told her I wanted to buy the car. There was no need to come in as I had driven the car and decided on color and trim level. I emailed her my first offer on the wrong color car. She promptly took it to her manager. Within minutes she called back and said we were $500 off. I accepted that and asked her to email an estimate. With minutes it was received and was exactly the car and price we discussed. I called right back and she took my deposit over the phone. Six days later we picked up the car. No pressure ever for extra purchases like etching or extended warranties. Just a cash purchase of the car. Nelvin handled the paperwork at pick up and again an absolute joy to work with. The whole experience was well worth the drive from central Connecticut to Yonkers! Thank you Tina, Nelvin, Hanna and Yonkers Kia! More

I am very sad to have to write his because when we originally bought our car in 2019 we posted rave reviews. But, 2 years ago our 2016 Kia Sedona completely drained oil on a three hour drive and the e originally bought our car in 2019 we posted rave reviews. But, 2 years ago our 2016 Kia Sedona completely drained oil on a three hour drive and the engine died. It was warrantied. There were only 50,000 miles on it. After fighting with Kia corporate for almost two years, I finally received word from the head of customer service in their international headquarters in Korea that the only thing keeping us from getting our warranty approved is the fact that Yonkers Kia neglected to put the oil change and mileage on our purchase invoice. NYS law states the following: “When you buy a used vehicle, the dealer must certify, in writing, that it is in condition and repair to render, under normal use, satisfactory and adequate service upon the public highway at the time of delivery. The dealer certification covers the entire vehicle …” Yonkers Kia gave us a purchase invoice where they certified the car was safe. We were told, among other things, that an oil change would be performed free of charge. They kept our vehicle while they performed this extensive maintenance inspection/work. We were told, in writing, that they would “extend whatever courtesy they can” to keep us in the Kia family. This, obviously, included the oil change. In November 2022, Kia corporate told us, in writing, that they were aware of an oil change in 2019 that was registered with CarFax. The only other oil change we got that year was from our family mechanic who does not use CarFax so it had to be Yonkers KIA. We can no longer find that on CarFax. Yonkers KIA told us at the time that it was “almost” a certified vehicle. There didn’t seem to be any issues with it at the time. Now, two years later we have finally gotten approval from Kia corporate on all of our oil change receipts but now they are saying “no” to the Yonkers invoice because it specifically doesn’t say oil change. Simple fix right? One would think. But, Yonkers KIA is insisting that they have no record of our being there!! We have a purchase invoice. Of course we were there!! We have their signature certifying that the car they sold us was safe. So, either they performed the safety inspection/service, including the oil change, or they lied on our contract. We just need them to acknowledge the truth, that they performed the oil change, among other services, so we can present that last receipt to corporate and finally get our warranty approved. I might add that this engine is part of a huge NHTSA investigation. In addition, this particular year Sedona has so many defects its warranty was extended to 180,000 miles. And yet, ours died at 50,000 miles and sits dead in our driveway as we continue to make payments on a loan that Yonkers Kia secured. Now I have to wonder if they knowingly sold me a vehicle that they knew had a defective engine? At this point I just need my warranty approved. And they are the only thing standing in the way. And they refuse to acknowledge me. More
One of the worst dealership I have been to. Avoid these guys if possible. I leased a Kia with these guys (Joseph Nuss) and dropped off my prior leased vehicle which they promised to return to the dealership (hyundai) the next day as per lease termination procedures. A month later, we find out that my prior leased car was never returned and started to get debt collector calls. After multiple phone calls to the dealership, we find out that my prior leased car was sitting in their garage for a full month because of their oversight. After many more calls, they eventually return the car. Now I am faced with paying for an extra month. The dealership and especially Joseph Nuss doesnt even return my calls, there has been a notable absence of accountability, empathy, or effort to rectify the situation. Once you sign the papers for your leased car, they magically become unreachable. Stay away from this dealership. More
