The employees of the service department are great the only issue I have is that the new owners are being cheap they took away the shuttle rides to get home they took away the loner cars not a good way to only issue I have is that the new owners are being cheap they took away the shuttle rides to get home they took away the loner cars not a good way to keep your customers I bought my car at your dealership because of all the stuff you guys offered now I’m rethinking about purchasing other vehicle from you guys when my lease is up More
Went there for a 2025 Telluride and I was out in an hr bought it and left with it bought it and left with it More
I have been working with this dealership for about 10 years now I bought my first car in 2013 and bought it back to trade-in for a lease offer and so far I’ve been leasing for the last nine years. I’ve b years now I bought my first car in 2013 and bought it back to trade-in for a lease offer and so far I’ve been leasing for the last nine years. I’ve been very happy with the cars that I getthis year. I got into a very beautiful 2025 blue Sportage, which I’m very happy about. My sales person Ronnie Hernandez was a pleasure to work with. Extremely friendly listen to what I wanted to not pressure me into something that I was not financially prepared for I don’t see bells or whistles. I just wanted a nice dependable car and he did deliver. I was able to walk out of the dealership after three hours with everything in place. They matched offers from other Kia dealerships so bring those if you have them I found that they easily honored them. They also honored an older offer a month later and they still honored it so I was able to save some money. I’ve been very pleased with the years of experience with them More
Joseph the manager and Ronny the sales guy took great care of me. Thank you! care of me. Thank you! More
The financial transaction went ok. Despite promises by the sales person and manager that we would leave with a full tank of gas ( it was one quarter full), that the car would be spotle Despite promises by the sales person and manager that we would leave with a full tank of gas ( it was one quarter full), that the car would be spotlessly clean ( the back seat was not clean,) and the transit plates would be available, and the title would be forthcoming shortly ( nothing yet). We were disappointed on all counts. Not terrible but disappointing. More
The people working at the service department are very rude. They act like they don’t want to be bothered. I should be giving them no stars. Guess no one taught them etiquette or customer service skills. rude. They act like they don’t want to be bothered. I should be giving them no stars. I reluctantly post this review, because this service center is close to my house and up to now seemed perfectly okay. I brought my EV6 in for recall SC327 on 12/17/2024. They said the recall service w center is close to my house and up to now seemed perfectly okay. I brought my EV6 in for recall SC327 on 12/17/2024. They said the recall service was performed. Since then, I have received two letters from KIA saying that the recall is still open on my car. I checked the NHTSA site every other day, and it says the recall is still open. I checked the Kia owner's portal and it says the recall is still open. I left several messages through the service center's web site and they haven't even acknowledged receipt of my messages. I have read that using an OBD2 scanner will show me whether or not they updated the firmware, but I don't have one. I have no way to verify that the recall was actually performed. More
So where do I start. . Car was out for 7 weeks for a new transmission install. Brought to Yonkers after another dealership couldn't get it fixed under warranty. They got . Car was out for 7 weeks for a new transmission install. Brought to Yonkers after another dealership couldn't get it fixed under warranty. They got it fixed for me and I started immediately having issues starting the car. Tested battery multiple times and it showed it was fine. Finally it wouldn't start and I had it towed Tuesday the 24th. I called to make sure the car arrived and was told it did not. When i asked to check again he gave me a major attitude and said he would of seen or been notified. Aaa said it was dropped off at dealership hours ago. I lierally remember him saying" thats crazy they said its here" and that " tow companies mess up all the time" 5 mins later i drove over to find it in the lot and the guy i spoke to was just making up xx. Today I was told it needed a battery which I declined to have done and said I would pick up the car which was supposedly starting fine and that they could not duplicate the issue I was having after 8 days... Adrean said it was the battery and that would fix my problem.. guess what I show up to pick it up and it won't start after the battery was charged the previous evening.. This is exactly the problem i was having.. They couldn't jump it and the mechanic came out and in 2 seconds said it's the starter after messing with it.. I already new that just from my laymans experience as a previous manager of a mechanic shop..lol.. After 9 days in the shop he wants to order starter for 750 bucks, which won't arrive until next tuesday!! xxx. Why would I trust them to fill my tire with air after all this.. Adrean obviously could care less and if you call them they rarely ever call you back. I had to drive over just to get updates. The updates always being blah blah blah we can't duplicate.. xxx his actual plan was to keep car as long as it took to duplicate it or wait for a cold day to test it..lol. he literally said that!! Of course I said does that mean you will keep it for ever if it never gets cold!! .I have in an email they would submit my rent a car bill for reimbursement to then be told we never got it and we don't do that and that I needed to send it to corporate. Its 800 bucks so not chump change to play around with. I was also told the car was in the shop getting checked out on Thursday. I get alerts anytime my door is unlocked or started.. so i drove over to see it in the same place the tow truck left it. Then I was told the next day that we haven't looked at it yet due to the holiday and being short staffed.. I was told i would get a call back regarding a loaner and nada!! Told it would be ready yesterday then blah blah blah. today I was told i should buy a battery and it will be ready tmrw...I am sure the battery has degraded but that's common sense after 80000miles. Of course I new it wasn't the battery from the start. I no my car and how it acts when battery is low.. tow driver said it was starter.. owner of a Porsche shop said it was the starter after being nice enough to try to help me jump car . Blah blah blah.. When I say they could care less I mean it.. Never a my bad or sorry we missed this or just sorry this took so long.. Going to the service area feels like walking into a morgue that died and went to morgue xxxx. Talk about unpleasant!! Every interaction seemed tense and hateful. The only girl who was nice was the girl who handled loaners. I would have left the dealership today with a new battery and a broken car and no way to get to work for a 9th day if it was up to him.. The only reason I brought the car back to them was because kia corporate said I should. My car is at another dealership now and is being fixed for 200 bucks less. They wanted 350 for battery and If needed it will be replaced for 250. So happy to be back at that dealership!! I got an apology from the service advisor for the problems I have had and it had nothing to do with them.. After 10 mins they ordered the part submitted a bill for geico mai More
